Easy access anytime, good bathroom lighting, frequent bus services to various locations. Fairly quiet, option for parking space. Friendly kitchen staff, sufficient breakfast with cereal variety. Nice coffee, powerful shower. Prefer wood flooring over carpets for hygiene. Great value, surrounded by good pubs and eateries. Spacious room with comfy bed. Good location. Peaceful, except for morning kitchen noise.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me, situated in a quiet location just moments from Hove's high street. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, especially Frank, the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The room amenities were excellent, with ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a flat-screen TV and a comfortable carpeted floor. I also appreciated the dining options available, with a delicious breakfast on offer each morning.
I highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff seemed to have no idea of customer service when the receptionist leaves, especially Frank, the manager.

The location of the hotel was excellent, being near a bus stop and just a short walk to Brighton sea front. It was also conveniently close to the pier and marina, as well as the bustling Brighton centre.
The room and bathroom were not up to par, with musty smells and old, worn-out linens and towels.

On arrival, everything was exactly as we had requested, including the free off-road parking space that we had asked for. The hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants, making it easy for those who prefer not to venture into the city center. it is just a short walk away from the sea, providing a lovely view. The service we received was really good, and the breakfast provided was delicious.

Lovely location, close to sea, cafes, and shops. Larger than average room. Convenient check-in and friendly manager. Comfortable bed and well-equipped bathroom. Clean and well-maintained. Good TV, Wi-Fi, and mobile reception. Quiet neighborhood close to amenities and beaches.
